Appointment and Consultation
- Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments based on practitioner availability or emergencies.
- Patients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time.
Payment and Refunds
- All consultation and treatment charges must be paid in full at the time of service.
- No refunds will be provided for completed consultations or used medicines.
- Advance payments for treatment packages are refundable only if cancellation is made 24 hours before the first session.
Use of Diagnostic Tools
- We use certified non-invasive tools including ANESA, Nadi Tarangini, ALFA (Sweden), Diabetes Risk Profiler, and VedaPulse (UK).
- These tools aid in Ayurvedic diagnostics but do not replace conventional diagnostics unless recommended by a physician.
Use of Ayurvedic Products
- Our in-house pharmacy offers certified Ayurvedic, herbal, and probiotic-based supplements.
- Patients are responsible for checking allergies or known reactions to any ingredient.
- Products are dispensed based on a consultation; self-medication is discouraged.
Content and Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the intellectual property of Nidan Ayurveda.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
Privacy and Data Security
